Having been dedicated to training for most of his working life, our CEO, James McGinty, has always dreamt of building a training company focussed on what his clients really need, rather than what training companies want to deliver.
The huge investment required to set up such a company held him back for many years.
Now, in a Post Covid World, where people have become accustomed to on line training, via MS teams and Zoom, James has decided to realise his dream. In August 2023 he set up J-Train, without having to invest in premises or equipment, so that he can provide high quality training at the best prices.
James delivers most of the training himself, so that you can benefit from his years (many, many of them) in the training industry. We also have a huge number of associates that James has worked with over the years, who can deliver to the same high standard.
